Charlotte Haslund-Christensen was born 1963 and lives in Copenhagen. She is educated at the Copenhagen Photography School, Fatamorgana, and continued at The International Center of Phogography in New York, 1997.
Haslund-Christensen has had several solo-shows in Denmark, among others at the PLATFORM, Museet for Fotokunst, Brandts, and at Gallerie Asbaek, Copenhagen. Her upcoming solo-show takes place at the Copenhagen Art Hall, Nikolaj, on February 22. 2008, where she is exhibiting her latest art project, "The Natives". She has also participated in several group exhibitions, e.g. in the USA, in Finland, France, China, Poland, and Germany.
She is represented by Peter Lav Photogallery, Copenhagen. Her works can be found in the following collections: The National Photo Museum, Copenhagen; Museet for Fotokunst, Brandts, Odense; The State Art Foundation, Copenhagen.
